PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records leading to the detention of the Petitioner's Husband namely Boopathi S/o.Muniyanvide detention order dated 01.08.2024, on the file of the 2nd respondent herein made in the proceedings in D.O.No.C2/34/2024, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the Petitioner's husband namely Boopathi S/o.Muniyan aged about 54 years, before this Court and thereafter set him at liberty. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings D.O.No.C2/34/2024 dated 01.08.2024 is sought to be quashed in the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.

3.In view of the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
