2. Heard Mr.S.V.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms.Saratha Devi.V, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent and Mr.A.Thamilarasan, learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. By an order dated 14.08.2019, the parties were referred for mediation. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the mediation held between 20.08.2019 - 05.09.2019, both the parties have amicably resolved the disputes among themselves and have entered into a Settlement Agreement.

4. In view of the amicable settlement arrived between the parties, no further orders are required in the present Criminal Original Petition. These Criminal Original Petitions stand allowed accordingly.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
