2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that already the investigation is completed and final report was also filed in e-filing No.LTN20230002584C202500032 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee.

3. The said fact is recorded. The concerned trial Court shall consider the final report in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and pass orders there on. Accordingly, this Criminal original petition is disposed of.
