This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10633 of in Crl.O.P.No.12506 of 2023 dated 31.07.2023 to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10633 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12506 of 2023 dated 31.07.2023 is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
