This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and execute sureties before the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Vellore, as per the order dated 07.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20359 of 2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 09.10.2023, failing which, anticipatory bail granted by this Court shall stands automatically cancelled.
