ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 307 read with 149 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Explosives Substances Act, 1908 in Crime No.131 of 2021, seeks Anticipatory Bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 08.06.2021, when the defacto Complainant was standing in front of the Saibaba Kalyana Mandabam, Poducherry along with his friends, the petitioner along with other accused persons came there ina motor cycle and one of the accused had thrown a country bomb towayds the defacto complainant and the same was blasted near the defacto complainant. Due to which, the defacto complainant sustained grievous injury and admitted in the hospital. Hence, he respondent police registered a complaint.

3. It is seen from records that this is the third Anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous orders, dismissing the Criminal Original petitions were passed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous orders were passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant Anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the third Anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
