Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 3rd respondent from in any manner usurping the powers and duties of the 1st respondent by extending any protection to the 4th and 5th respondents to illegally grab the common areas in the Sidharth Heights Apartment Complex at No.55, Arcot Road, Saligramam, Chennai - 600 093 in utter violation of the plan sanctioned by the first respondent.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to forbear the 3rd respondent from in any manner usurping the powers and duties of the 1st respondent by extending any protection to the 4th and 5th respondents to illegally grab the common areas in the Sidharth Heights Apartment Complex at No.55, Arcot Road, Saligramam, Chennai - 600 093 in utter violation of the plan sanctioned by the first respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
