Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the petitioner's minor son viz., Ishaan Sundar, S/o.Sundaramoorthi, aged 5 years, before this Court and hand over his custody to the petitioner.

ORDER

[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the petitioner's minor son viz., Ishaan Sundar, S/o.Sundaramoorthi, aged 5 years, before this Court and hand over his custody to the petitioner.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that the wife of the petitioner viz., Saraswathi has filed a petition in O.P.No.787 of 2021 under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, in the original side of this Court, in which, the petitioner has been shown as the respondent.

In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition stands closed with liberty to the parties to work out their remedies in the manner known to law.
