This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the complaint in S.T.C.No.112 of 2017, pending on the file of Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been aquitted from the charge framed against him. Hence nothing survives for adjudication. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
