2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the paper publication is permitted in evening Tamil Daily viz., Malai Murasu as sought for, returnable in two weeks.
