ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 27.02.2023 made in W.P.No.5835 of 2023.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with. In support of his contention, he has filed a compliance report of the first respondent and also filed documents including proceedings of the District Collector dated 03.11.2023, under which, the District Collector after completed the enquiry has passed an order and a copy of which has been served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who on receipt of the same is not controverting to the submission that has been made by the learned Government Advocate.

3. In view of the said compliance that has been made by the respondent, this Court feels that no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, it is closed. 29.11.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No mp R. SURESH KUMAR, J.
