This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate Court, Denginikottai instead of Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Denginikottai in Crl.O.P.No.14046 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Further, the time granted by this Court to comply with the condition 7 shall be extended by two weeks from today.
