3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.176 of 2022, the charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance on the file of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
