After hearing the learned counsel on either side, it can be seen that the complaint is lodged against the petitioner and the same is being enquired.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police is pressurising the petitioner to settle the amount, while he is not able to settle the entire amount right now.
3. Be that as it may, when a complaint is pending, it has to be taken towards its logical conclusion. Therefore, let the petitioner appear before the respondent police on 13.08.2025 and let the police conclude the preliminary enquiry and take further action in accordance with law. 2/4
