O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2022 seeking for transferring her back to Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital, Tiruchirappalli, where her children are staying with her old age parents, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition has been taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner claims that earlier she was posted at Mahatma 2/6

Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital, Tiruchirappalli. According to her, she was then transferred to the 3rd respondent Hospital at Tiruvarur. According to the petitioner, her husband and children are living in Tiruchirappalli with her old age parents and therefore, it is difficult for her to work in the 3rd respondent Hospital at Tiruvarur. In such circumstances, she has given a representation on 08.10.2022 requesting the respondent to transfer her back to Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital, Tiruchirappalli. Since the representation has not been considered till date, she has filed this writ petition.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. For the forgoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2022 seeking for transferring her back to Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital, Tiruchirappalli,within a period of twelve weeks from the date of 3/6

receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
