N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294 (b), 324, 506(II) of IPC in Cr.No.531 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that petitioner bought the things from the defacto complainant shop and he demanded to pay the amount for the same, thereby, the petitioner abused and assaulted the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) raised objection stating that petitioner assaulted the defacto complainant, thereby, he sustained grevious injuries and his left hand and left leg paralyzed.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the gravity offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
