Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.RAVI, Special Government Pleader, for the petitioner and of M/S.N.MANOKARAN, Advocate for the 3rd and 4th Respondents and of MR.P.JAGADEESAN, Advocate for the 5 to 8 Respondents and of M/S.S.JAYAKUMARI, Standing Counsel for the 9th Respondent, the court made the following order:- ((Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing Mr.V.Ravi, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the petitioner and Ms.S.Jayakumari, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 9th respondent submitted that the 9th respondent had complied with the orders of this court by depositing Rs.8,75,000/- [Rupees eight lakhs and seventy five thousand only ] .

2. Since the 9th respondent had complied with the orders of this court dated 02.12.2019, the interim stay granted on the said date is made absolute.

At the request of both, post the appeal for hearing on 09.03.2022.
