Though this Application has been filed by the applicant, seeking to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle, the learned counsel for the applicant would submit that during pendency of the present application, the respondent has regularized the instalments and promptly paying the same. Hence, he would urge this Court to dismiss the application as not pressed for the present and he has made an endorsement to that effect also.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is dismissed as not pressed.
