This petition is filed to amend the cause title of the 4th respondent as M/s.Jayachandran Industries Private Limited, Rep. by its Managing Director, No.19, Muthuranga Mudali street, Tambaram, Chennai 600045 instead of M/s.Jeyachandran Textiles Rep. by its Managing Director, No.19 Muthuranga Mudali Street, Tambaram Chennai 600045.

2. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.

3. The respondent is directed to produce a detailed project report scheme with reference to the project which is the subject matter of the Writ Petition.

4. Post the matter on 22.11.2024.
