Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay due, appropriate and suitable compensation to the petitioner for the untimely death of his son Arulkumar @ Rasu, on 30.05.2014 due to electrocution, during the Arulmigu Vengai Nachiamman Temple Festival, at Jayamkondan caused by the negligence of the respondents.
