2. This Court, by an order dated 17.12.2024, directed the learned XVII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose the suit within a period of six months.

The learned XVII Additional Sessions Judge/XVII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in Dis.No.253/2025, dated 25.06.2025 sent a communication to the Registrar General of this Court seeking further four months to dispose of the case. The learned counsels for the parties state that the trial is at the stage of examining the defendants' side evidence. In view of the above, further four months time is granted, as requested.
