O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 436, 302 IPC r/w 3(1) TNPPDL Act 1992 and Section 3(2) (ii) and 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act 1989, seeks a direction to the learned District Judge, Salem to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Cr.No. 616 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned District Judge, Salem, there shall be a direction to the learned District Judge, Salem, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court and pass appropriate orders, strictly on merits.

4. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
