The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second and Third Respondents to include the name of the Petitioner in the seniority list of B.T. Assistant for promotion to the post of P.G. Assistant (Economics) in the panel as on 01.01.2017 by considering the representation dated 10.04.2017 made by the Petitioner.
