(Order of the Court was made by D.Krishnakumar, J.) This sub application is filed to reopen/revive the contempt petition in Cont P No.266 of 2019 dated 02.08.2023.

Since the sub application is filed for reopening of the contempt petition which was already closed by order dated 02.08.2023, this Court is of the view that the sub application cannot be entertained. It is for the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.

In view of the above, the sub application is closed.
