O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents Not to harass the petitioner in view of the order passed by the Lok Adalat in G.W.O.P.No.2417 of 2010 dated 09.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and her daughter-in-law, Pachaiammal, with regard to the custody of the minor child R.Vijay Akash. In this regard, an order dated 09.04.2016 appears to have been passed in the Lok Adalat, directing the petitioner to hand over custody of Minor child R.Vijay Akash to her daughter-in-law, Pachaiammal and since the petitioner did not comply with the order, Pachaiammal has given a complaint, for which, the petitioner was called for enquiry. The petitioner is directed to co-operate for the enquiry and comply with the order passed by the Lok Adalat and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. It is the duty of the police to take steps for implementing the orders of Lok Adalat.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
