ORDER

The petitioner is the wife in the matrimonial proceeding. The petitioner seeks transfer of F.C.O.P.No.114 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai to be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent 1/4

has no serious objection for the transfer request of the petitioner / wife being accepted except that the allegations stated in the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition are denied.

3. The petitioner has expressed her inconvenience and difficulties in attending the hearings at Family Court, Tiruvannamalai. I find prima facie case made out by the petitioner/wife for transfer of F.C.O.P.No.114 of 2024 from the file of the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

4. In the light of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in FCOP.No.114 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore. There shall be no order as to costs.
