The writ on hand has been filed calling for the records pertaining to the updated proceedings, transferring Patta vide Patta No.2702 issued by the 4th respondent in favour of the 6th respondent, quash the same in so far 2/4

as the petitioner land situated at New Survey No.22/2A1 Vallam A Village, 124 Sriperambudur, Kancheepuram District is concerned.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 6th respondent furnished the copy of the Government Order passed in G.O.Ms.No.247, Industries, Investigation Promotion and Commerce Department, dated 16.12.2022. As per the said Government Order, the land already notified for acquisition was exempted.

3. In view of the said exemption granted by the Government in the Government Order cited supra, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
