ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner as last grade servant in the light of the G.O. Ms. No.2535 Social Welfare Department dated 11.10.1983.
2. At the outset, it was submitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that there is no representation of the petitioner on record to which, the learned counsel for the petitioner only seeks leave of this Court to file representation / fresh representation and would request that once it is filed and the same may be considered and orders may be passed in accordance with law including the relevant Government Order.
3. The learned Government Advocate accedes the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Considering the above submission, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by permitting the petitioner to file a representation seeking appointment as a last grade servant in the light of G.O.Rs.No.2535 dated 11.10.1983 or any other respective Government Order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, if any, the respondent shall consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording reasonable
opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested persons, if any, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
