( This case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed seeking for an direction, directing the respondents to provide police protection based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.09.2019 for the construction of compound wall in the petitioner's land comprised in Survey Nos.13/3A and 13/3A2 in Nazarethpet Village, Poonamallee Taluk at the cost of the petitioner. .

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner completed 90% of the construction work. Hence the matter becomes infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner this petition is closed.
