This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we are inclined to condone the above said delay.
