2.K.Poongodi ..Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to de-sealing the property situating at Door No.3/819-A, Old SF No.239/1 (New SF No-239/1A) measuring 23.52 Cents, Kalipalayam Village and Panchayat, Avinashi Taluk, Tirupur District which was sealed by them in pursuance of the order in Crl.M.P.No. 540/2021 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirupur on 30.11.2021 under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI ACT for Short) upon receiving the sale proceeds amount of Rs.52,50,000/- from the petitioner. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal or approach the bank, as the petitioner is willing to pay the entire due amount.
