Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in Judgement and order in Spl. Sessions Case No.18 of 2016 dated 17.09.2016 on the file of Spl. Sessions Case Fast Track Mahila Court, Ariyalur and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.575/2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Miscellaneous Petition and prays that the main appeal may be taken up for final disposal, since the petitioner is in confinement for more than 5 1⁄2 years. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
