revise the regularization granted to the originally unapproved layout of house sites formed in the land measuring 1 Acre and 45 Cents comprised in S.No.159/2 of Kolathur Village vide Na.Ka.No.2236/2018/Ve.Ma.3 dated 31.07.2018 so as to provide access through the Streets in the layout, to the petitioner's land and thereby enable the petitioner to have approach road to his land comprised in S.No.164/3 and 164/1 of Kolathur Village, as mandated in the Circular of the first respondent vide Na.Ka.No.24282/2005-LA2 dated 04.05.2006 and G.O.Ms.No.78 [Housing and Urban Development Department] dated 04.05.2017.
