ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the DVC.No.24 of 2024, pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate cum Mahila Court, Namakkal to the file of Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai.

2. There is no representation for the respondent. Infact, the order dated 22.08.2025, the counsel for the respondent who entered appearance states that the respondent has taken back the papers from him, however, no fresh vakalath has been filed on behalf of the respondent till date.

3. In view of the above, I proceeded to hear the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4. Mr.M.Santhanaraman, learned counsel for the petitioners state that the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is seeking to transfer Page No.2 of 5

the D.V.C.No.24 of 2024 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate cum Mahila Court, Namakkal to the file of Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners further state that all the petitioners are residing in Pattukkottai and even the respondent is a practicing Doctor, who is presently residing in Pattukkottai. In support of the same, the petitioners have relied on the prescription issued by the respondent dated 23.04.2025.

6. In the light of the above, I do not see any prejudice being caused to the respondent, as she is also presently residing only in Pattukkottai, D.V.C.No.24 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of Judicial Magistrate cum Mahila Court, Namakkal and transferred to the file of Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai.

7. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
