2.Notice had been directed to the respondent, notice had been served and counsel had entered appearance.

3.It had been stated that the petitioner had to get legal opinion and thereafter had to file the appeal. In the said process, there has been a delay.

4.In view of the reasons stated, the delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
