ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaints dated 02.11.2014 and 09.02.2015, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, Mr.Perumalsamy, Inspector of Police, T-4, Maduravoyal Police Station, Chennai-95, is present.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaints dated 2.11.2014 and 09.02.2015, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the second respondent-Police as civil in nature. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
