This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that he has to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17415 & 17654 of 2023 in dated 23.08.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioners is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. 26.09.2023 gd https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
