When the Writ Petition is taken up today, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that, in this Writ Petition, a prayer was made to give an alternative appointment to the petitioner, and the same having already been granted, nothing remains in this Writ Petition for any adjudication. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he had made an interim prayer to grant medical reimbursement, but this latter prayer, being interim, and in the Writ Petition, no order was passed on the interim prayer and the final relief having already been granted, he wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an independent Writ Petition seeking for medical reimbursement and an endorsement in this regard has also been made by him in the Writ Petition today.
2. In the light of the aforesaid submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
