ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in respect of the case registered in FIR No.617 of 2017 on the file of the Dharmapuri Police Station, Dharmapuri District, U/s.448, 384 & 120(B) of IPC and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar, learned counsel for Public Prosecutor for Respondent 1 submitted that final report has already been filed and taken on file in C.C.No.72 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Dharmapuri. He further submitted that the petitioner was not arrayed as an accused.

5. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
