CMP No.20860 of 2019 in CMA (SR) No.58180 of 2015 R.MAHADEVAN, J.

This petition is filed by the petitioners / appellants / claimants seeking to condone the delay of 892 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Heard both sides. The learned standing counsel for R-2 / Insurance Company stated No Objection in ordering this petition.

3. Therefore, having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay of 892 days in filing the above Appeal is condoned subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner / appellant shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- as costs to the "Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai"

on or before 21.10.2019; and (ii) The petitioner / appellant / claimant is not entitled to any interest for the default period, in the event of succeeding in the Appeal.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
