These petitions have been filed (i) to set aside the abatement which has occurred in the above appeal and condone the delay of 137 days in filing the application for setting aside the abatement in C.MP.No.11025 of 2025 in S.A.No.434 of 2024 (ii) to bring the proposed respondents as legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent Neelavathi wife of Ramasamy, on records in S.A.No.434 of 2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

3. List this matter in the chronological order. 16.09.2025 vsn Note : Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Second Appeal.
