ORDER

This petition has been filed, praying to direct the respondents CBCID police to register the case after reinvestigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.12.2010 in Crime No.1059 of 2003 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, B-6, Thambaram and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7389 of 2005, dated 22.12.2009, the petitioner is directed to appear in person and lodge a fresh complaint before the Superintendent of Police, Kancheepuram District and on such complaint being made, the same shall be forwarded to the District Crime Branch for registration of the FIR and for conducting the investigation in accordance with law.
