ORDER

By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the appeal dated 29.3.2016 preferred by him as against the orders passed by the second respondent in and by proceedings No.183/Admn. 5 (3)/2012 dated 15.3.2016.

3. Though very many contentions have been raised in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, at the time of arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the appeal dated 29.3.2016 preferred by the petitioner is pending before the first respondent and it would suffice, if a direction is given to the first respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispose of the said appeal within a specified time. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I am of the opinion, it is not necessary for this Court to traverse the entire averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.

4. Hence, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 29.3.2016 preferred by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
