This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to execute Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the accused the third respondent herein in connection with the judgment of conviction dated 16.03.2022 in S.T.C.No.189 of 2019 on the file of the learned Fast Track Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode within a stipulated time.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued against the third respondent pending this criminal original petition and hence the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
