This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take action on the complaint made by the petitioner on various dates particularly the latest complaint dated 25.05.2017 to the respondents 1 to 7 in accordance with law, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
