JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J.) The present Writ Appeal challenging the order of the learned Single Judge dated 28.08.2019 made in W.P.No.24756 of 2019. 2.

When the appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that as per the order of this Court in W.P.No.24756 of 2019, the first respondent joined and subsequently he discontinued the Course and any event in the future they will rely on this order and seek for admission without filing any documents and without complying the conditions prescribed in the prospectus.

In view of the fact that the first respondent has discontinued the Course, now the Writ appeal has become infructuous. The order passed by the learned Single Judge will not be precedent in other cases. It is open to the appellants to raise their objections with regard to their case raised in the present appeal in future.

Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. (V.M.V., J) (V.L.N., J) 27.03.2023 Index : Yes / No rts To
