This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 2nd respondent by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9343 of 2017, dated 11.05.2017.

2.It is seen that this Court by an order dated 11.05.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.9343 of 2017 granted anticipatory bail to the 2nd respondent. After a period of two years, this Court cannot consider this petition to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 2nd respondent.
