This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para no.7(a) and in Crl.O.P.No.19608 of 2024 dated 16.08.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and considering the reasons stated in the affidavit that this Court had directed the petitioner to appear before the Chengalpet Police Station and since there are two Police Stations, the petitioner is unable to comply with the order, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Chengalpet Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 am until further orders. Accordingly, ordered.
