Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent relating to his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4159/98/A.2 dated 05.11.2004, quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service as Secondary Grade Teacher with all attendant benefits with effect from 05.11.2004.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
