Today the matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 17.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21670 of 2023, the appearance portion of the petitioner has been erroneously stated as "Mr.R.John Sathyan, Senior Advocate for Mr.S.Xavier Felix" instead of "Mr.R.John Sathyan, Senior Advocate for Mr.S.Shankar."

3. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appearance portion of the petitioner in the order dated 17.02.2025 shall be corrected to read as"Mr.R.John Sathyan, Senior Advocate for Mr.S.Shankar."

4. In all other aspects, the order dated dated 17.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21670 of 2023 shall remain unaltered. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
